Learpy's answer is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform that constructs a genuinely personalized learning journey for every individual — continuously recalibrating based on how each learner thinks, what they already know, and where their understanding is weakest. Our platform combines cognitive science principles including spaced repetition and retrieval practice with machine learning models that identify the optimal content, format, and pacing for each user in real time.

How We Will Use This Investment

The $2.5M Seed Round will be deployed across three strategic priorities over the next 18 months.

Deepening the AI Engine: Our adaptive learning algorithm will receive significant additional investment in model development, particularly in learner state modeling — the ability to infer exactly where a learner's knowledge gaps lie from minimal signal. We are also building a generative AI layer that will allow the platform to create personalized practice exercises and explanatory content on demand, tailored to the precise gap each learner needs to address.

Building the Enterprise Product: Individual learner success is our north star, but the largest impact comes when we can deploy Learpy at organizational scale. This funding enables us to build the enterprise features that HR and L&D teams require: skill gap analysis across teams, custom program design tools, integration with major HRIS platforms, and the security and compliance infrastructure required by regulated industries.

Expanding the Content Library: Learpy's current library covers 800+ skill tracks spanning technology, leadership, business analysis, data science, and professional development. We will expand this to over 1,500 tracks by end of 2025, with a particular focus on the skills that are most in demand in the current labor market — AI/ML literacy, data analysis, product thinking, and strategic communication.

Early Traction and What Learners Are Saying

Before this announcement, Learpy had grown entirely through word of mouth and partnership with two early enterprise customers. In our first nine months of operation, we reached 50,000 active learners and maintained a completion rate of 94% — compared to an industry average of approximately 15% for traditional online courses. Our NPS score of 72 reflects what happens when learners actually experience progress rather than simply consuming content.

One early learner, a software engineer transitioning to product management, described Learpy this way: "I had tried three different online learning platforms before Learpy.
