Core Leadership Team
Matheus has a decade of experience in edtech and enterprise software. Before founding Learpy, he led product at a major Brazilian online education platform, where he saw firsthand how generic course content fails most learners. He holds a degree in Computer Science from USP and an MBA from FGV.
Sofia is a machine learning engineer with deep expertise in recommendation systems and natural language processing. Previously she led the AI personalization team at a NASDAQ-listed SaaS company. She has three patents in adaptive algorithm design and holds an MSc in Computer Science from Stanford.
Daniel brings eight years of SaaS product management experience spanning both B2C and enterprise platforms. He specializes in converting complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. Before Learpy, Daniel was Senior PM at a Series B learning analytics company.
Priya has spent twelve years helping organizations transform their learning and development programs. She holds certifications in instructional design and organizational psychology, and has personally led L&D transformations at companies with over 5,000 employees across three continents.
Lucas is a cognitive scientist turned AI researcher with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from PUC-Rio. He has published fifteen peer-reviewed papers on spaced repetition, adaptive feedback systems, and learning transfer. His research directly informs the science behind Learpy's AI engine.
